Pissing oil out big time after new rocker seal

I can remove the pipe on top of it and press against a spring with a small screwdriver.

Does this confirm that it's working or could there be a blockage behind it maybe?

You could always stick your mouth on it and suck and blow it shouldn't let you suck but should let you blow

Could be blocked behind it. Need to whip it out and check it rattles and air can move through it.
