This is what i plan to do for my next project. what did you start with?

A Losi Mini Rock Crawler, a speedway pal jimny body (peo14) and a set of 1.55 wheels and tyres,

I was going to use a trail finder 2, but to expensive and i couldn't see a body anywhere? will look into it more when i come to do doing it!

question for Tramp.. how much did it cost to do yous? i want to do either a model or a rc car to replicate my zuk but i dont want to go spending like £300...

For me I bought a second hand Losi MRC for £100 then the wheels £60 odd, the body £30 then other bits and pieces, I made mine over the course of a year which really spread the cost

hmm I see, I'm tempted to have a go myself, will have to do some research, what scale is yours? I've seen the 1/10 scale bodies for a rc car..

i have had a quick look for a Losi MRC but cannot find one on ebay, would any rc car chassis work as long as its the correct wheel base for the sj body?

as far as i know, thats whats stopped me from doing it so far, i dont want to get a rc then not be able to get a body!
