They say it's on the drivers side above the bonnet catch and a pain to see and get too
Another said above the accelerator pedal
One even said it's carpeted over

Whilst i was looking through the connectors one clicked in. So i got the multimeter and found that im getting 12v through the cigarette lighter, but only 8v through the stereo connector.
But then i noticed that coming out of the original suzuki plug there was no earth wire, but the old radio worked fine, and i cannot find a loose wire around the back of the plug, so i guessing there has never been one . And the chassis ground wire has never been connected to anything, so im really running out of ideas, in the end i think im just gonna wire it to either the digital clock or straight to the battery, this is really starting to p**s me off now

Ive sorted it out now,it was an earthing problem.
