Oh I didn't know when u push it down the rear wiper
Well my rear door has mo heated element or a wiper

Here I made a vid of mine its a bit slow as the battery is a bit flat but it still starts alright
As u.can see it stops when I let go of the stalk on when in top speed

The original switch is quite complicated and when in the off setting supply's power to the motor via the position switch until the wipers are at the low point. It is not easy to replicate this with standard on off switches.

Shown in red just make it easy to follow.

Thanks for the reply Darrell - I shall study the diagram carefully, have a look at my wiring, scratch my head a little ..................... and leave it as is :) :er: lol -
no seriously thanks that makes things look a little clearer will give it a go
