Anyways for snorkels rocky road do a kit for the 413 but ill bet it will end up pricey with import tax on top!

I would go see a custom exhaust manufacturer for the stainless pipe work. If your using the standard air box you can get various rubber flexi pipes of ebay for just a couple of quid.

For the top you can get a small diameter tractor intake top. Again a couple of quid.

Alternatively you can run a flexi pipe straight off the carb to the snorkel pipe and fit a waterproof k&n style filter to the top.

All depends how much you want to spend.
