This is what we did on my dads maruti, lifted it 50mm though so it's completely above the chassis rails, one of the best mods to do IMO I've done it on the blue Sj And I'm gonna do it on my Lwb but will have to mod the floor to raise it as I have no body lift :mrgreen:

Ahh right okay Scottie, any chance of some pics? Just to see what sort of brackets/spacers you've made..

Tried to remove the shaft today but could not get the splined end out, so I think I'm going to have to try another approach...

Hopefully get somewhere with it tomorrow as I need the zuk this weekend lol going to try and get the bumper ready for the weekend aswel

did you complete remove the bolt clamping it in place? if you leave it in, it won't ever come out. I made that mistake once :D

Well that explains it lol I thought I'd only need to losen it, will give it another go tomorrow with the bolt all the way out haha
