Hope this is all correct. Some engine photos show the large plugs all the same (3 off).
But the online diagram shows one of the large plugs a little different and therefore a different number.
The other side of the block has one large, one small.

They are easy enough to spot when you know what you are looking for. Here is a little video on how to change them. Make sure you can get hold of some new ones first though, before you knock the old ones out!!

Before fitting new ones I would poke and prod all the crap out of the water jacket. and give it a good flush out with water. Then clean the hole in the block, dry it and then fit as the video shows.

I am super disapointed at the moment. brought my engine head into town for a clean and skim, and the guy pointed out some corrosion pon the head that needs to be fixed. looks quite bad actually. coupla spots are a miracle to not have blown, some other spots need adressing as well. won't be cheap to get fixed. am now looking for another head to put on it, else I will have to put a different engine in, I"m not happy at all. it won't stop me though

Bad news mate! Like you said its probably easier and cheaper for find another head/engine!

so have done a little more in the past coupla weeks. am organising another head for my engine, so I can put that back together. just a little argument over the price now. he quoted me $100 for the head, and now he want $200 for it.
have done a little more painting of the chassis, and put the first coat on the steel dash. also did a little more on the rear brake conversion, it's just a lot of fiddling. spliced a trailer socket into the loom aswell. she slowly getting closer to being done I think gotta keep up good hope

So I've finally got my head. couldn't get the rocker shaft retaining screws out of the old one, so an engineer I met on a job did it for me. stripped the old head, cleaned the parts, and started to lap the valves into the new head, should be done soon hopefully when I get some valve stem seals.
organised my tax return, and got a nice little present, so bought some new tools. a new socket set, a grinder, valve lappers and a torque wrench
am very thankfull at the moment to all the people that have helped me along on this project, I've learned a lot so far, and I really apreciate it.
