Is that the standard alternator powering those lights?

I have some spots for mine just don't know where to mount them. Want them high enough not to fill with water but protected enough not to get destroyed by trees.

yeah mate just bog standard alternator with a big ol battery.

what about mounting em on the scuttle in front of the windscreen? ive seen it done before and imo it looks alright. failing that you can always get some small spots and run high wattage bulbs and hd wires etc

its been a while since I added anything to the zuke. I've done general maintenance and stuff but nothing major. so today I happened to pick up a klarius exhaust catalogue and in said catalogue was the part number for some 54 id straight pipe. 5 mins and a tin of biscuits later the suzuki is booked in to have the tube bent for a raised air intake :rockin:

so just gotta figure out the placement of the hole I have to cut in the wing and where to place the mounts and its spot on. oh, and a lick of paint for protection

there is that or corse lol. im gonna be using a 56mm exhaust u clamp to secure it to the wing and a welded tab to secure it to the windscreen surrounding, so it should be solid.

im actually gonna point the intake backwards though just to help prevent any shite getting in.

all that for under 30 squid :doublethumbs:

actually i dont think ill have room to keep it flush to the windscreen surround and point it backwards as it'll be in the way of the door

This could do with being a bigger bore though.
