Re: 2013 SCUK weekender 17-18th August @ Wagtail
There were times when i had hail blasting at me due to the roof not having been put on properly that i questioned my choice in purchase, but 8 hours later i took her off roading and it became oh so clear why so many of you keep them on the road!
Been watching a ton of youtube videos of wagtail, so far i have learnt that:
a) if you go in an SJ there will be hard bits, but should have a laugh,
b) if you go in a defender you have to avoid anything steep, wet or muddy,
c) if you go in a disco you have wasted your money, and
d) if you go in a range rover you have wasted your life.

haha i can imagine, i took my XL250 out a few times over winter, no more than 4/5 miles at a time, pretty much had to defrost my hands on the exhaust before doing anything!windsor wrote:Haveing heating is a luxeery for me last winter i rode my old gsxr racebike 50 miles in a snowstorm cos i dnt like leaveing my toys unattended cold was a underststment lol

Lets face it. If you own anything with rover in the description you either need help or are so old help is pointless and you may aswell be in assisted living.timwilks13 wrote:There were times when i had hail blasting at me due to the roof not having been put on properly that i questioned my choice in purchase, but 8 hours later i took her off roading and it became oh so clear why so many of you keep them on the road!
