Press F5 on your keyboard a few times (F5 tells your browser to refresh the page you're reading). If you want that as your avatar, then copy the line below into the box that says "upload from a URL" in the bit of your profile editor that changes your avatar:

Sorry to anyone who's not on there, but there's little point in me setting up something like that for anyone who's not a regular forum user. Anyone who is - just send me a few avatars and I'll sort you out. Make them all the same size though! For the sake of simplicity, I'll do anyone in the top 5, plus the first 5 who ask who aren't top 5.
