Got the GV back from the garage today, both O2 sensors have been replaced but it was still dying out when pulling away, they unplugged the TPS and its fine, apparently suzuki are supposed to tell their customers that buy IAC valves that they need to replace the TPS at the same time, but they never told me, so now I'm on the hunt for a new TPS but don't really want to go to he main stealer knowing their insane prices...
So I need to find a part number for the J20a TPS...

That doesn't make any sense, it sounds like they are just guessing and throwing parts at it. Unplugging the TPS will put the ECU into fail-safe mode, it doesn't necessarily mean that the TPS is faulty, it may just hide a different fault. You need to check the TPS with a multi-meter to see if its really faulty.

I'm not an expert, but I agree with Rhinoman - the IAC isn't directly related to the TPS - so why would replacing one require you to replace the other?
For all I know, your IAC may well be faulty, but honestly I can't see that causing idle problems anyway. Engine racing or not accelerating or something like that, sure. But I'm really really not experienced, just expressing doubt.

The IAC controls the idle speed but its quite likely that there is another issue which means that it is unable to do, it has a fairly limited range. A bad idle and flat spot could even be ignition related.

Oops, I meant "For all I know, your TPS may well be faulty," - stupid autocorrect on my phone changed "TPS" to "TV" - and I changed it again, to "IAC" without thinking!

They done a diagnostics on it and the two things that came up were Idle Air Control and O2 sensor faulty, after changing them the engine idles fine, but when you Rev the engine it hesitates and then shoots up suddenly after 2000rpm, anything above 2000rpm is fine
With the TPS unplugged on a cold engine it slightly hesitates when revving the engine but not as bad, after a couple of minutes of warming up the throttle response is instant, no hesitation
It's been confusing the lads at the garage so that's when they rang suzuki, suzuki said the TPS should be changed when the IAC is changed, apparently suzuki are supposed to tell that to anyone who buys the IAC but they didn't tell me
I am going to do a ohms test on the TPS today as I have the readings from the manual...
If the TPS readings are good then I will upload a video and see what you guys think...
There are currently no codes showing on the ECU and the spark plugs have been changed..
