An update,
Managed to have it ready in time (working on the brakes until 10.30pm in the dark the night before) for bugjam25 at the end of July.

Think I had some funny noises as the new brake pads and shoes wore in but did the 200mile round trip with minor problems. Randomly my starter motor gave up after stopping at the services 40miles away from santa pod. Think the clutch as it weeeerrrs like last time. Luckily I had a spare so wilst getting odd looks swopped them over in 10mins.

Also once Ive sorted last years tax out and how much I have left, Lil Beastie might be up for sale  to fund a new car project and because its getting too expensive brake it every month.

No pics, aint got one yet. Trying to keep to a budget so keeping an eye on the forums and ebay.
If I take my time I may beable to up the budget after a month or so.

Just a small update on the SJ, still waiting on 2 new locking (tab) washers for my wheel bearings as I broke one. So the SJ hasnt moved for weeks and no work done.

Also unsure whether to fit the air intake or sell it?
- All depends on how the caddy is once I find one and whether its reliable. If it is im gunna keep the SJ (going easier offroad), sell the fugly fiat multipler and use both hobbie cars as my dailys (caddy on dry days).

1.3i Sammurai

Ive kept 99% of all the reciepts of things about and done

Good Bits:
Addaleafs
GTO seats
Internal roll cage made to fit (inch chopped off the feet and then re-welded)
Professionallly Refurbed (stock) Transfer box
2 new CV joints
New brake pads all round (done about 90 road miles with them and none offroad)
New copper FOS brake line
Loads of cosmetic welding done on the rear
1inch Vertual lift on the rear arches to remove some miner rust
Front outer arches are plastic, rears are metal

Black Modulars with -20mm offset
CB radio and arial
Hard Top
New front wheel bearings
Locking wheel nuts
Tow bar (no electrics)
Polybushed rear leafs

Bad Bits:
Sounds like a wheel bearings going even tho the front have been replaced!
Not coming with the CD player (but can come with CD player that came with it when I bought it)
Rear bumpers gone rust and fronts got surface rust.
The rear light conections need properly finishing but work fine.
Bonets got a small rust patch.
Needs painting above the fuel tank where new metals been welded in place.

Bent stock front bumper
Spare wheel carrier
FOS brake line (still works)
Front calipers
Plastic wheel arches for the rear
Spare broken starter motor (clutch has gone but can be refurbed for about £20)

Ill put some pics of the bonnet and bumper rust and anything Ive forgotten in abit
I havent decided a price but know the minimum.

Also forgot to mention there is a small oil leak from when I snapped a bolt that holds the dissy onto the manifold. Literally leaks a few drops after a good run. Last time a topped up about a pint after 6+ months using daily to work 60 mile round trip.

At some point my nice custom made alloy air intake, recovery rope and kenetic rope will be up for sale seperately.
