Yeah I can remember yours was pretty bad! was worth all the work though wasn't it she looks darn good now! Gonna be so useful having a LWB! I'm actually gonna have space to put more than one bike in the back

Yeh mine wasn't good, I look at them pictures and often wonder why I had that blasted. Biggest mistake I made with it.
But its alrite now I suppose
Yeh lwb are much more usable, Sjs as fun as they are, they are not really very practical for real world use !!

Re: Scottie's longwheelbase Sammy
Didn't get anything done over the weekend however I did notice something about the LWB! It's possibly the lowest mileage rusty SJ ever! Just goes to show how bad it is for vehicles to sit outside for years at a time.
It only has just over 16000 miles on the clock!!!!! And yes that's genuine I went through and checked all the paperwork I had with it and it was on 6952miles when it was sold for £3000 in 1999!

Re: Scottie's longwheelbase Sammy
Looking at the photos Scottie its been sat somewhere mouldy and damp for quite a while. I've yet to look under the pickups carpet but the wings are some of the best i've seen.
I think not having the plastic arches helps and all the crud doesn't get trapped. And it had been garaged by the last owner.
The scrap pile must be building again now.
