We all have our times that people get annoyed etc we all had to start somewhere but it does get s bit annoying seeing asking people how much and not following a deal. Anyway enough of that more tool speak. Id do what the others say go out and buy a set a tools dont have to be the best like snap on or mac or anything just get a cheapy set and just get playing with it. About 5 year ago I knew nothing about suzukis but my knowledge is built up from the lads on here and playing around under the bonnet.

And the grief you get of your mates at school or whatever just ignore em fuck em, I was in that posistion I was 12-13 when I got mine getting called every word you can think off. and now they get more annoyed as ive got a snapon roll cab full of snap on tools. But they cant understand that im starting to make a living out my tools and bringing in money rather then going out hanging around on the streets and being a yob all night. Okay that dont make me a Alcoholic nun as I like to go out and have a few beverages here and there.

But as said sell/scrap/break the Audi and a suzuki and go buy some tools and getting playing

All my tools are Clarke from machine mart. I get the better ones with life time guarantee. Pennys compared to snap on but i think they are great tools for the money.

Also i got a set of tools that my mum bought me they are pritty crap as most of it has snapped but the soket set is going nicely if i remember to put it back

Tools aren't mega expensive and you don't need to buy them all at once.

I've collected mine over 15years. Basics to start then extra tools and specialist tools as the job dictates.

Been collecting since i was 12/13. Always worked on cars and trucks from being a wee lad. Time in the TA. At home, places i've worked.

Still end up under the wagon or trailer at work now on odd occasions.

Everyone's got potential to learn. Im still learning and I love it.
When I first got my sj I was 18 and had my mate change my brake pads.
Then after a few sessions off road. They needed sorting so I gave it a go.
Now 25 and I must have replaced or repaired brakes on at least 40 different cars for ffriends and family.

Once you get going and with practice it gets easier and simpler.

Start a thread on your sj. With some information. And get the ball rolling.

Im a sj fan as many will know. And id love to see the 413 tin top you have sorted.

A prime example as having to many projects. I take them in like
Injury puppys. but they dont heal themselves!
