Yep, more orange wheels...the bug is green and white with orange flames so...it was that or green!

It's finished and out of my garage!!

We did have a slight 'moment' when fitting the last wheel as both the trolley jack and axle stand slipped and the beetle fell on my mate...he's ok and sadly so is the rust bug.

I sure hope he sells it because I don't want to do any more work on the bloody thing...

Yep they look very sweet, took a while and a ton of lacquer, probably worth more than the rest of the car!

Why is it painted like a pool in the body tub?

That's what he wanted Jordi...surfs up etc. And the sodding thing didn't sell at the car show...great, bet it comes back.

I like the pool in the back bit, does it hold water too? Imagine pulling up in a car park and jumping in the back in your budgie smugglers!?!?

It would be a hoot if it did but I think you could put a bung in the drain hole and have a dip!

I rekon if he turned the back in to a hot tub riged up some sort ov water heater init that would be awsome

Yet another fine idea...if it comes back (and I bet it will) I'll ask him. He's having a think about Jordi's roof chop idea...you never know!
