so my fuel tank had several holes in it, and also several rust spots developing, and the liner someone put in it is all coming loose. so I bought another fuel tank, but unfortunately the fuel filler neck was on the wrong side, so I just glassed a new one in on the right side

just ordered a front axle rebuild kit, rubbers, felts, retainers, seals, kingpin bearings and wheel bearings, for equivelant of 50 quid, well happy with that! only need the kingpin bearings really, already has new felts and seals, but these'll be good for spares

I was going to get a big decal put on my bonnet, of a horse with the number 45 cut out, to represent the awesome performance of the f10a, 45 meaning the 45 bhp it has. but then I thought I might as well have a go at masking it off, and actually spraying it on, challenge accepted!
so I got some vinyl sheet at the local signfactory. this is the stuff they actually make decals out of. I'll draw my patern on this, stick it on my bonnet, cut out the shape, peel it off, leaving me with a perfect mask, the vinyl giving me a nice sharp line, as it doesn't leak like normal masking tape. should be doable.
I made this design, which I quite like. what's your thought's on it?

I've got 3 days off next week, and a big work shop I can use, so I am planning on finishing the welding then, finish the brakes, rebuild the front axle, and hopefully prep the cab for paint. might also have to replace the coils in my DD. I bough some new ones, but they were too short, so I'll have to sort that too

welded up the floor and bulkhead, patched a small hole in the roof, and started on the back of the cab, as it had 3 little strips off rust at the bottom. took out all the glass too, so I can get ready for painting it. one day to go, with the front wheel arches and the back of the cab to finish, so hopefully I will get it all finished

Don't use fuel with ethanol in it or that mod will melt.
