Luke, had one years back, same colour, 2.4 auto, loved driving it, maintenance no prob, bomb proof. And for a hellova lot of galvanised tin, lots of poke as well. Well worth looking after, hope you enjoy it as much as I did mine.

I'm glad yours was a good car, this one was too, really comfortable a real pleasure to drive, even with 3 gears and the 2.1 carbed engine it was powful enough. It was a really good car and reliable, unfortunatly it only had x4 seats and I have a family of 5, so instead of using it, it was sitting in the garage. When I sold it, I used some of the money to pay for bits my SJ, insurance, tax, mot, poly bushes and other bits. When it truly came down to it, I wanted my Suzuki more than the Volvo, there was nothing wrong with the Volvo, in fact it was in better condition than my Suzuki, but i didn't love it,
Since I passed it on, the next owners had it a while and is passing it on again, he has bought an old Austin a30 so I think the volvos got to go. I was a little disappointed with how he's priced it, I had it advertised for £1200 and took £1150, he has it up for £1800, he's doesn't look to have done any work on it and it still has the same MOT, I suppose if he gets the money good on him but I should have held out for more, oh well. That is life!
