Maybe a 413 tbox may pop the revs down a little? Ive got a tbox from a sami
that you can borrow and try it.

413 axles maybe the way to go if you're going vit engine Tho.

Your welcome to pop to my work shop and come for a jolly in my
Daily tin top samii. 1.3 standard with webber carb and 215 75 15 road tyres.Im only down the road in hockliffe.

I've got a feeling my fathers 410 has a 413 tbox in, ive never checked it and it seems to struggle a bit more on hills compared to karis's old 410.

I was thinking exactly this, if you want to gear it higher just drop a 413/sammy t box in, the ratios are higher and its easier to fit than axles, if it doesn't work, swap it back & sell it, no harm done.

When my Sammi was standard, but for 28.5" inch tyres, it would very rarely pull 5th gear. I then fitted a 410 transfer box. This made it better on the road and off road.

In 2WD High it could pull 5th quite a lot, and made road driving better. Off road in 4WD Low it was lower, so had a bit more grunt, so a worth while swap.

Having now gone to the Ignis Sport 1.5 16V, and Jimny 5 speed box, it flies on the road, anywhere, but haven't tested it off road yet, but seems promising. :D
