They're supposed to be pretty strong, but whatever I use if they catch on something solid they're going to get ripped off.

I'm still not too sure on how they look though. I think they look better on soft tops.

Worth a try. I prefer the poo rubber arches. Cheaper, flexible, easy to replace.

I like them. Had them on my 413 and they saved the bodywork when I rolled her. And as they are PVC they had no damage at all. Good stuff, pity they don't fit a Vitara..

If you don't use the bushwackers, I'd be interested in them for my Jimny.

Finally got it back on the road this week, cant belive it took me so long!
Modified the rear bumper so the number plate is now slightly recessed. I think it looks abit better and is less likely to get smashed if i reverse into something.

Also got a new cherry bomb as the old one was ready for the bin.

Changed the hand brake shoes. Its works perfectly now, might not even bother with the x-engineering one now.

Decided to go with the bushwackers in the end. They look a bit over the top, but they do the job. Also changed the rear prop for the slightly longer 410 one.

Just need to repaint all the bodywork now, but that can wait till next year.

Nice one. The bushwhackers will probably blend in a bit more once they get a bit of mud and sun on them.
