Well I have been busy today on my build. Went and got some 90x90 box section to convert my rusty sills into rock sliders. Cut the passenger side sill out and cut the rear arch and inner arch. So all an all a good day.

What are your plans for mods etc? If you want to run large tyres like 31s or 33s then it might be easier to go down the virtual lift route with the arches, actually makes it easier to repair them than trying to make it look standard.
Have a look at my build or ferris's and there are loads of pics of how we did ours for 33s with 2" lift.
For 31s you don't really have to modify the bulkhead either.

I am doing a virtual lift. I just want to end up with a little monster truck that I can go playing in and show my son-in-law that you don't have to have a landy to have fun. My wife also as a Diahatsu Fourtrack which used to be mine and I'm dying to get back playing in the mud etc etc but unfortunately it is her baby and she won't let me use it to go off roading and my every day run about is a diesel 08 ford focus zetec.
But be warned this Suzuki sj410 is my first build and I will be bending all your ears when I get stuck. :weld: :pissed: :doublethumbs:
