Trust me it would be a lot less hassle to just buy a soft top in the first place as then you can use original roofs, I.e. a bikini top or the front section off a fibreglass hard top, or swap to a full hard top in the winter. I've actually been really tempted to cut the top off mine and fit a fold down screen and rear hoop off a soft top sj for this exact reason recently. I bought a bikini top for the summer but it won't physically fit my sj, gonna use it on the LWB in the summer though :guns:

The cab section is exactly the same and the bikini top only covers the cab

Well apart from enjoying it I haven't got much to update here at the moment but have a few things in the works ;) My uprated front axle is almost prepped and ready to go on and I have finally ordered the UBolts so can get the rear sorted as well, I'm also waiting for some tube to be bent up from my drawings for my front and rear bumpers. good ol' parrot is sorting these for me as I'd rather have them done with a proper bender instead of the one I have.

Parrot's a good bloke. I think if I ever go from "drawing board" to actually doing a coil conversion on mine, I'll try to borrow his brains for a little while.

Just got given a set of 4 235/85r16 bronco dirt devils, I've been wanting something more aggressive and a bit thinner for a while so my luck must've been in today!

Now I just need some 16" wheels with a good offset :brows:

I've also gone for a new look! It's not the greatest fit in the world as my rear hoop isn't the same shape as the one on a standard soft top but at least now I can put my bike in the back and keep it dry
Will get some better pics in the day tomorrow
