Hi all !
Does anyone perhaps have a cad / svg drawing of the HIFF44 flanges ? (Thinking lasercut template to make up flanges / elbow / air filter adapter.
Kind regards,
D

Where on the SU is the fuel mix screw. My 1.6 is in now but wont fire so I need to dial this in.

Can be on either side depending whether the carb was originally from a twin or single setup but generally on the side closest to the drivers headlamp when fitted.
There is a small cylindrical casting beneath the fuel inlet pipe and it is recessed in there.
It has a sort of X flathead if that makes sense.

The stock airbox was ok with my 1.3 using the adaptor method but now I am running a 1.6 with modified manifold I had to move the airbox further down the wing.
The throttle cable just hooks up using the standard HIF carb bracket

Think I am missing that bracket, what's the adapter method for the air box?
How do you put those flat K&N style filters on do they bolt straight on or do you need an adapter plate?

to answer the last 2 posts
Charger:
The adaptor method is the 90 degree elbow on the original carb mounting face which makes the carb sit higher and thus fits the original airbox. the K&N style filters just bolt straight up to the carb.
Rob:
If you look a couple of pages back there are marked photos of the pipes posted by me previously.
you will certainly have to fiddle with fuel mix and possibly need to fit a new needle and spring if they havent been changed to something suitable for the 1.3 (there is a guide I wrote on that further back in this very thread also)
