got my 31's fitted today...
have flattened the bulkhead seam to gain some space and they just clear by about 1/4 of an inch so going to beat the bulkhead panel back a bit more just to gain a bit more space..

once ive got the space i need i will clean the paint off the seam and get the surface rust off the front of the sill and give it a few coats of underseal...
here are the tyres fitted...

I reckon they will catch when flexing and turning at the same time.
Looks good though.

I still say move the axle forwards
looks like it needs it, not only for clearance but to centre the wheels in the arch.
Looks good though!

im really tempted to move the axle cause as you say it should make the wheel centre of the arch aswel as gain me space...

Gonna be a busy weekend to fit all that in. Should look spot on when its done. 31s on standard height looks good, tyres fill the arches nicely.

Haha yep, hopefully moving the axle will be enough so I wont have to lift it, the bumper should be fairly easy to remake the brackets, I'll do a lift on it at a later date if I need more room to flex...

the bullbar will be going back on for now to save a bit of money as im out of work at the moment so using the time ive got now to get the zuk sorted then will be looking for more work...
i plan on getting a heavy duty or winch bumper as i have to agree with most of you about it looking better without the bullbar...
