The TAF skid plate is a product designed, tested and manufactured by me and my team.

The TAF skid plate is made of 6mm quality aluminium and are screwed to original holes in the vehicle. Service openings in the skid plate enable servicing the vehicle without dismantling the plates.

Offers super protection to the front axle and diff but also to the steering components.
In order to obtain also a good production cost, I produce 10 pcs at once. So I can obtain from my suppliers the best price for a top quality product.

I can do for almost any model (samurai included) but in order to obtain the best production cost I have to produce minimum 10 pcs per batch.

So in order to produce a new batch -
1. I need at least 7 firm orders. (firm order = 50% payed in advance). So ask you samurai owners friends if they are interested .
or
2. I need to sell the stock of Jimny skid plates before investing in a new model developement. In this case I will chose the model with the highest request on the market.

I was asked if I do skids for Samurai and I answeard that for the moment not. I also tryed to explain you in what circumstances I would do it. Something wrong?


Just to make it clear:
Research & Developement of automotive parts is my profesion, off-road trips with 4x4 vehicles is my hobby - so I try to combine the two.
In this topic I just presented my projects but I will also post my products in a separate topic in the for sale section. For the moment I am not alowed because I am under 20 posts.

I am satisfied when I obtain a top quality product (better than the similar on the market) on half price (at least). This is not a real bussines yet, but I have to sell my products in order to move forward. I am also interested what market wants in order to chose my next product. I enjoy it and you can have half price accesories for your off-roader - looks like a win-win situation to me....

You will get more interest if people know how much they cost
