im changing my g/box over this week and want to get the fwh fitted that I brought from andy yonks ago.

I've never fitted a set before and was wondering what they are like to do, or if there is a guide avaliable?

they're pretty simple to do, just unbolt the old hubs, undo the circlip, pop the fw version on, put the circlip in, and bolt it back together, easy as

ah sweet! not too bad a job then, I could even do the oil seal whilst im at it

Nice and simple. Done the Jimny a few months back, had to buy a spacer for them though but got in done in just over half hour

Pain in the arse without circlip pliers.... I fitted mine in the freezing cold winter, in the middle of the night, after my diff exploded!

fair play twiss ill grab some. good way to get around and exploded diff tho dude!

Yeah it was after a pay and pay. had to wait in a freezing cold car park with not very much heating for 3 hours before my mate could bring the hubs, then change the whole thing with freezing cold hands, putting the last circlip on with my fingers was a long and painful process lol

Could have got the diff out in under an hour and driven home

I only had a multi tool... good luck getting a diff out with that
