Hi All

Post by portobellokev » Sun Sep 07, 2014 11:52 pm

just bought a 1999 vitara as a toy, named 'Barney'

not really planning on off roading it, just enjoying updating it, cleaning it a lot and heading down to the seaside with the family. should be fun.

have pressure washed the underside and not too bad. booked in for a minor service with our local mechanics who are under instructions to report on any issues found.

took the kids to school last week and had to bump start it outside the school... OOOPS... new battery on order.

Ebay and paypal are going to do very well out of this little car

once the mechanicals are sorted I can then add some enhancements :-)

car will be residing in a nice clean garage so i cxan play through the winter
