£100, if it's new, is taking the p**s - I would say £150 is more fair unless you want rid of it fast.

I have the locking rear diff and the front one in the same ratio.
I want to get rid of the pair so open to offers.

What's the ratio? And I assume the front is an open diff?

Yes the front is a normal diff. lock-right rear.
Not a clue about the ratio's as i am new to all this. :S

Mark a spot on the Crown wheel and a spot on the pinion. Slowly rotate the diff and count the number of teeth on each. Divide the number of teeth on the Crown wheel by the number of teeth on the pinion.

That's your ratio.

You'll have a tough time selling them without knowing the ratios.
