Weird TPS readings, TB or Cable?

Hey folks,
I found out my old bluetooth obd2 adapter and hooked it up using torque on my phone.
On checking I have found some odd readings of the TPS, I have attached the screenshots from my phone.
It seems that when the throttle isn't being touched it rests at 13% and when on full it only hits 76.5%.

Should I be looking at the throttle body, the cable, or even the TPS?
13% When 0 throttle applied.
13% When 0 throttle applied.

76.5% When 100% throttle applied.
76.5% When 100% throttle applied.

Thankies,
Soul.

Which PID are you looking at, absolute or relative? Check for slack in the cable, do you have thick carpets and mats?

There's no carpets or mats the accelerator goes all the way to the stop and I have no idea which PID. ;) .
I'll give the cable a check at the weekend.

You should be able to determine from Torque which PID its reading, the Suzuki dealer tool uses OBD1 and also gives voltage which is what it shows in the FSM. If you are reading an absolute value then its based on 0 to 5V, idle position should be 0.2 to 0.6V so around 13% at idle would be OK. 75% is 3.75V, the spec for 100% is 3.5 to 4.5V, it does seem a little low but it would be within spec.
