Hi all, new to the forum and hoping you guys can help me with some advice on some gentle tweaks to my vitaras.
I do a fair bit of fishing and a little bit of shooting and after seeing a couple of the local gamekeepers using vitaras as their vehicle of choice and getting my Passat repeatedly stuck I decided to take the plunge and buy one about a year ago.
It's a 2002 grand vitara 2.0 petrol, even now it's only got 69k on the clock so I'm hoping it's got some mileage left in it! It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it and my wife loves it too, in fact she likes it so much I decided to buy her one of her own!
We landed quite lucky with this one after hearing about it through the shooting grapevine, it's a 2000plate short wheelbase vitara 1.6 petrol, it's only covered 55k and is about as good as a 15yr old vitara could possibly be. It's still early days with it though so time will tell I guess!

:welcome: to :suzuki: club UK

Let's see a few pics then

It seems to be a common theme people falling in love with Suzukis, once you are hooked it's hard to escape

Do you know, I was thinking that the other day! I need a new daily driver sometime in the next 2 years, and recently I realised that I've only considered Suzuki's really. My sensible hat tells me to buy a VW/skoda daily driver, but I keep coming back to a Suzuki Diesel (sorry Dan, Donkeychomp and all the other derv haters!).

I can't get the thought of a diesel Jimny out of my head. What's wrong with me?

I'm infected with zukness somehow!

Could always go for a little :suzuki: car. Some of them are really economical. I keep wanting an old swift GTI but I can't. Well not until I get rid off a few  one just popped up locally cheap though., just needs an engne rebuild but I don't have the space

Welcome. I'm also in love with just about any Suzuki.

Had 2 SJs, a Jimny, and now a Grand Vitara.

Went out for some gentle greenlaning last night in the GV. Performed well. Comfy. Warm.
