Hello I`m new here and have a Brain-Picker!
Re; 1995 SK 410V
With EVERYTHING OFF - (except the battery terminals) the low beams stay on - but a bit dimmer as normal - no other lights are on with or without the engine or ignition key turned on - When I turn the headlights or parking lights on everything works normally and the low beams are their normal brightness.(there is no burnt wire smell or visible wire damage)
I hope someone has had this problem or has an idea.
I also need a wiring diagram for the whole van and the Headlights wiring diagram. (Please with High Resolution)
I bought the van new and it has never had any electrical problems and is in excellent condition.

Thank You for your time!
Respectfully, Herby

Have a look at this thread.

It sounds like a dim / dip issue. Unplug it and normal service should be resumed.

Doh, I hadn't seen the other thread on this! :S

Oh yeah, :welcome: to the club.

Hi Ladaman,
Sorry for the post in two topics - i didnt see the Electrical topic at first - Im blind in one eye and - cant see outa the other! ;-)
Your Rig could be called a "Rock-Crawler" in the States - My nephew is into that in S. Calif.
You sure did a LOT to it!
Oh - did you know that Suzuki sets the throttle linkage to carbs so the bottom butterflys dont open ALL the way to keep high RPMs and speed lower to put Suzukis in a lower insurance class?
Mine did only 115 KMh - barely - after adjusting the carb linkage at the carb it PEGS the speedometer! Also running with 100+ octane gas and then advancing the timing 5-9 deg. makes a big difference too!

Thanks for the Friendly Greeting :-) (cant find the "smileys" -yet - they were there yesterday)
