Is this for the guy askng for longer studs on Facebook.
Just use front studs, they are longer.

I don't think they are strictly splined, as a half shaft is, its just to allow enough grip / interference fit to allow the studs to be tightened.
I would imagine any stud of the correct length / diameter and pitch would do the job fine.

I'm sort of remembering my SJ413 rear axle having splined studs. I think. Front ones came out with the smack of a hammer and we were away.
The hole you smack them into isn't splined, the splines are to make a better interference fit is all.

Mine definitely has the "splined" studs... I remember bashing them out accidentally changing a wheel bearing
