Samurai engine oil?

What's the best engine oil to put in 1992 Samurai 1300?
Think I've seen a table on here somewhere with recommended oils for engine, gearbox etc. but can't find it.

Interesting build thread. I use semi synthetic 10/40.
If it ticks over...leave it

I just use any old 10w40
