Are 410 and 413 transfer boxes the same?

Having trouble finding one for a 410 at the mo?

Short answer is no, the gearing is different (lower ratio in the 410) although they have exactly the same fitment and outward appearance, this makes them very desirable for owners of 413's/samurai's who have large tyres and want to drop the gear ratios to suit, hence they always seem to go for a good price!

Worth mentioning there are early 410 boxes which are physically different but for the most part they are the later ones which are visibly identical to the 413/Sammy box.
