rough idle

My wifes jimny 1.3 55 reg 51,000 mls has a very rough ide and is some times difficult to start
have changed the plugs so what else can I do to fix it before paying out at the dealers

Check all the vacuum hoses for leaks.
2006 Jimny JLX+ 1.3 VVT
2000 Vitara 4u2 - Calmini 3+3, 33" MTs, 5:83 R&Ps, winch bumper, remapped ECU.
