Lada Niva Steel Wheels - On an SJ410?

Still looking for help, as per my previous thread i have been looking to find a tyre to give me a tall skinny retro chunky look. I cant seem to find anything i really like to suit the standard SJ rim. I searched the PCD of the SJ rim and read somewhere that it is exactly the same as the Lada Niva. The original Lada Niva Steel wheels i like and they are 16" x 5" rim which would give me the look i am after. I also see that you can but some excellent chunky looking old school tyres to suit, from Russia. They are 175/80/16, see links below.

I guess to cut a long story short does anyone have any knowledge on a/ fitting lada niva rims to Suzuki SJ (I see lots of Lada Niva's with SJ & Vitara Rims on the Lada Forums) and b/ Whether you would expect 175/80/16 tyres to fit under the SJ standard wheel arch without modification. They are of course taller but they are narrower too. Links below to the tyre's i like. All feedback welcome as keen to go for it but it would be a fair expense etc...

Those tyres will probably feel pretty agricultural on the road, and not exactly cheap at £65.46 a pop.

I would not disagree on both counts, but if they will fit then i will most likely go for them as it's exactly what i have been looking for.

could also look for some old lj80 wheels, they are very narrow and 16"
