Have you checked the transmission fluid level?

Did you check the fluid level with the engine running and after it has warmed up. fluid level and condition plays a big roll in how an automatic transmission works, if it runs low then it can make it feel like a clutch is slipping.

If it's not that then it will have to go to a specialist to be looked at.

Also which model suzuki are we talking about? there has been a number of different automatic transmissions used.
