Will sj410 bonnet fit sj413?

stupid question and I can't see why it wouldn't but, will this sj410 bonnet that is buy it now £25 and literally just down the road from me fit?

fit my Sammie? Cause the front of mine is basically just filler & it's dented to fuck by the garage the previous owner used with their toolbox :/

After doing some digging I have come to the understanding that a sj410 bonnet will be too shallow for my Sammie :/ the hunt for a new bonnet continues..

Shame you aren't closer as I have a few bonnets
You might find that a 410 bonnet will clear, I run a 410 bonnet with a 1.6 that sits higher than stock and 1.6s are taller than 1.3s
All depends on the carb set up that you are running

Would that mean there is a gap at the back near the hinges tho cause the hinges are stock height?

No they are the same height at the bulkhead.
The samurai bonnet just bulges up in the middle more, it's only around 25-30mm higher though so as long as you have that much clearance above your carb a 410 bonnet should fit.

If you've got a SU carb with a modified inlet manifold (not the adapter, a cut/welded manifold) then it'll probably fit. I could *just* fit my 413 bonnet when I had an adapter and a Hitachi carb, with the SU and the "proper" SU adapted manifold (thanks Rockwatt!) I have a good 20cm to play with vs the old setup.

My neighbour has a SJ413KJA, the SU stuck out of the bonnet, so they cut a round hole in it and it was sticking out XD
