Rear seat release knob

Where is the best place to get my hands on a release knob for the rear seat of a 2011 jimny it’s a plastics shaft with a plastic mushroom shaped button on the top

How did you manage that? Either its made of chocolate or you have arms of steel!

It’s made of plastic and it snapped pulling it up to release the seat
