We've recently acquired a 2017 1.6 Vitara and I've managed to source a 16"space saver wheel and tyre for £20 off gumtree but need to purchase a scissor jack as well.
On ebay they range in maximum lifting height from around 330mm to 385mm then 440mm. Would the 385 lifting height give plenty of clearance on all wheels?

Well I jacked it up myself in the end using a trolley Jack and measured it. I reckon a scissor jack with a lifting height of 380mm should be ok. Just need to pick one now from the bay.
