Samurai build in France

Hi,
So I'm rebuilding my 1997 1.3i Samurai, it has 118000km on, bought it a few weeks ago, seemed in good condition but as I started to do oil changes and clean up years of mud on discovered more and more rust which had been hidden with steel/alu sheets riveted onto the body and filled with filler or silicon. So decided to rebuild it all. I have a 2nd crashed one for parts and will be using to make and mesure all the suspension mods on.
So the idea is to remove all of the stock flares, reshape the arches to make room for bigger tyres (would like to go to 31/10/15's one day) remove the sills and do the box section sills. Clean and repaint the tired bits of the chassis. Make custom rear bumper, modify the front to keep stock modifying the mounts, sort out the original Tcase(Bearings), and have the parts to make a 4.16, then go RUF/YJ SUA, with rear disks.
As I'm in France and locked down at the moment can't get any metal to get started but have ordered a few parts, waiting on delivery.
