Changing to a weber carb..

Hey, so I believe that I need to block all pipes and gubbins in the inlet manifold if I fit a Weber, is that correct? There's an electrical connection or two there as well, at least one with a little bit of kit with the carb name 'Aisin' on it - just do away with them all?
What's the best way to block up any holes in the manifold left behind when pipes are removed? Maybe a silly question but I don't know the answer! 😊

Some pipes you can do away with and some are needed. Rubber pipes you can block by cutting a small piece of bar the right size to fit inside and tightening a jubilee clip around it. Solid pipe you can block by fitting a small length of rubber hose over it and blocking the other end in the same manner. Best to post pictures of the specific pipes you're thinking of blocking so people can advise.
