Power Window issues - Looking for Advice.

Good Day,

I have a driver-side power window issue that I was looking for some advice on. I have replaced 3 regulators in the past 3 years due to window binding in the track. On the front track, about inch rusted off the front track inside of the door. What happens now is when the window goes up, it somehow sticks in the front causing the window to tilt towards the front of the car pull out from the rear track leaving a gap. The manual fix is to hold the window pain as it goes up to keep it from sliding forward. I am wondering, can I fix this at all or should I look for a new door with a new internal track? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
