No indicators

Hi there Iam new to this so I hope I do this right.I have a 04 plate grand Vitara XL7 and the indicators have stopped working.The hazards work and reverse light comes on so not the fuses or relay .I got a Second hand stalk but still don’t work ,anybody got any ideas please.Thanks John
