Suzuku Swift Sport 1.6 2011. Engine Gone???

Hi everyone,
I've got a Suzuki Swift Sport 1.6 2011 with 70k. It was working perfectly fine until last Saturday when it wouldn't start.
Battery was fine, starter as well. No codes came up. My mechanic suspected it might be the timing belt or spark plugs, but upon closer inspection found that 3 out of the 4 cylinders were low on compression... Instead of 11+ they were at 5-6 (bar? don't quote me on the numbers, but roughly.)
He said the engine would probably need replacing (get 2nd hand engine £500?, and then fitting it - many hours of labour). Fixing it and 'getting in there' would also be difficult and time consuming. Neither being worth it.
Another person (not my mechanic and not inpsected in person) mentions this
Thanks
Short vid of attempted start, sounds.

Any advice on the most economical way to proceed? (fixing. replacing engine. sell for spares and repairs. scrapheap £150)Yeah thats the chain, it'll have stretched and jumped, or maybe snapped altogether, bending the valves, hence them not being able to close anymore, reducing or preventing completely, any compression.
Basically, a good used cylinder head, new head gasket and new chain, it'll go again.
Thanks
