HELP i need a starter

HELP i need a starter
I got 1 from Wood Auto as you suggested This is the starter I originally started off with.
These a Peugeot/Citroen starters and are ONLY £56 BRAND NEW
Get them new from here: http://www.woodauto.com/Unit.aspx?Man=VALEO&Ref=D6RA12" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Note: I just phoned up Wood Auto to confirm they have them... they currently have 55 in stock, and they are still in production, apparently they will have a supply of them for some time
It looks very similar to the D6RA62, but can be told apart from it due to the different size housing although the motor itself and the solenoid are the same.
This starter had 9 teeth and will fit on a Suzuki.

IT WILL NOT FIT :argh:
i have done the 1.6 conversion with 1.3 gear box
Need help at my wits end :bawling: :bawling:
Mark

I'm sure Twiss will be on to help soon, he's the one with the info on these alternative starters :thumbup:

What model starter have you got? also have you still got the original starter?
Zuki Build

With a small amount of grinding on the engine and the starter, you should be able to fit your fat starter on there. I know its not ideal but desperate times call for desperate measuers :twisted:
86 SJ413 tin top, 1.6 8v, SU carb, YJ spring conversion, virtual lift, 33x12.5x15 KL71's, rocklobster, rear discs, power steering.
