home made scooter and moded another one

ella-lee's scooter's front wheel fell off the other day so i welded it back on but added a bit of tube to raise the front end.
then corey said i want another scooter so as we had a old bmx,steel and a welder i thought it was rude not to knock one up for him,it needs cleaning up and a rear tyre,tube and brake then its good to go.
