Post by Ginger_boy » Mon Apr 11, 2011 7:19 pm

http://www.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/phpBB3/ph ... =post&f=12#" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Hi Has anyone had anyexperiance of rebuilding a sami gearbox. If so is there any thing I should look out for when doing so apart from the obvious (broken gear teeth, Bearings etc). Have already found 2 things wrong. There is slight movement on the input shaft and the gearstick locating Bolt has snaped (bolt part came out, but left the pin end of it suck in the gearstick case) will have to drill out and remake bolt.
It' a 4x4 why not drive it across a field
