zuke sj410 budget home build

right u wanted photos n am always clicking lol



was standard when i bought it

iv now done
front bumper made from scaffold bar and the old ball bar
spring over axle
iv added leafs in
welded rear diff
bucket seats ( not fitted yet)
rear cage ( front sections half done
spots
grizzly claws on wide off set rims (discovery rims 265 tyres )
spacers
waffle boreds are now tale gate
all fuel tank
hard top roof welded on
old talegate now bulkhead
electric fan


pretty sure thats the lot

right if i can gwt the pictures on the first one will be standard if not it might be the last lol

it looks like you've used your SJ hard! does the exhaust get really hot? it might have been better to put it on the other side (away from the fuel tank filler)

yer iv used it :) but thats y i bought it its ok its got an alli tank in th middle out of the way i did have the filler as my exhaust for a while but i was given the exhaust to use :)

Thanks :). Yer iv always got plans with it lol iv got a winch so I either need to modify my bumper or make new one and then I wanna take it back out and use it again n see how she goes but I'm thinking of looking into making a rock lobster tranny to help with the bigger tyres Then I need to save for a bigger engine :) but that will take some time and money lol where as the rest has Been very budget n home made :)

got the front cage all welded up this weekend including spot brackets rear working light n cb mount just gotta paint it all up so it can go back on :)

Nice work on the cage matey :thumbup: does the front hoop just bolt to the scuttle or do you have tube running down to the chassis from underneath thurs scuttle? If not I would recommend it, a mate of mine has a nice dent where he rolled it and the scuttle isn't strong enough to mount a cage to.
