I dont know how common a problem this is but here goes.
A fan blade has broke off (i have no idea how) and its implanted itself into the radiator, cut a good big chunk into it and now coolant is flowing out all over the place.
If i could get the radiator out of something small like a fiesta or micra would it do ok?

Bloody hell
I'v never heard of that happening before. I'm not to sure what other radiators would be suitable, but i think Scottie put a vitara one in his, with a small amount of modding.

thats good to know on the hunt for a micra radiator then, the thing is i have a vitara radiator sitting and its ok aswell.
Now i read about electric fans, i always though the belt driven fan was better as its constantly on, but i dont recall electric fans munching the radiator.
i think ive got some old peugeot electric fans

electric fans are better as they are only on when needed and dont sap what little power a suzuki has from running a aeroplane propeller all the time

i plan to wire the fan on with the ignition, it would be something id forget to turn on if it was switched.
the 1.6 has plenty of power now, no more squealing from the fan belt when the spot lights come on.

i went to my breakers and got a micra (or as the man at the breakers calls it the microwave) radiator for £15 with the fan.
As for fitting it, ive a load of bits of pipes ive put together and connected it up, but is there any pictures of how to mount it?
and how do you bleed the system?
