russ you want either a vit system pump pipes steering box or you can swap the steering box for a jimny 1 and you wont have to make a wedge.
cant tell you how to do it caus i aint done it
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

as robbie said all you need is the complete set up of a vitara including the double bottom pulley and to make a wedge or a jimny steering box instead of a wedge.

it all bolts up pretty easily and all you need to do is shorten the steering column using a hammer

if you want i can take some measurements off my wedge so yo can make your own :doublethumbs:

What engine you running? 1600 makes it easier, 1300 is possible,

1600 comes with bottom pulley, water pump and alternator all suited to the PAS set up. They run flat belts (1300 runs V belts and no PAS pulley on the bottom)
This is easily changed with swapping the pulleys

Next you need your pump, be careful it does not fowl on the chassis rail as mine is close (2mm) res can be bolted to the jack stow on the front wing. Pipes then run down the front of the chassis to the box.

As said, you can either use a jimny (direct swap no issues)

Or

Vitara. You will need to make a wedge, and shorten your steering arm coming from the bulk head. Apart from that easy

I run the vit box set up, to give you a bit of an idea
